  • How do I properly install the EOS 100D battery?

    After receiving the battery, please first compare its appearance with your original battery to ensure they match. Once confirmed, you can search for “EOS 100D battery installation” on YouTube and follow the relevant installation videos. If you are unable to find a suitable video, please contact our customer service to request one.

  • I ordered the wrong item. How can I cancel or exchange my order?

    If your order has not been shipped, please contact us via email to cancel it.
    If the battery has already been shipped or received, you can take advantage of our 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. Please contact us to obtain return authorization and send the battery back to us.

  • Can I use this battery if the voltage and capacity are different from my original battery?

  • Why does the new battery charge slowly?

    A new battery may charge slowly because it retains some charge from the manufacturing process. This is normal. After a few full charge and discharge cycles, the charging speed will gradually return to normal.
