Return Policy

Before initiating a return, please contact us to confirm return details. We usually process refunds within 1-3 days after receiving returned goods, and funds typically arrive within 7 business days.
Whether return shipping is borne by the buyer depends on the following:
1Buyer-caused return (e.g. no longer needed, wrong purchase): buyer bears outbound shipping HKD 50, return shipping HKD 50, and a 10% restocking fee.
2Seller-caused return (e.g. battery quality issue, misleading product information): we bear all costs.

1-Year Warranty Service

All batteries purchased from this site include a one-year warranty. Within one year from purchase, if your battery fails under normal use, we provide replacement instead of repair to save your time.
The following are not covered:
1Damage caused by misuse, overcharging, improper installation, freezing, or improper adjustment.
2Battery disassembled or sticker removed.
3Cannot be used due to system upgrade.
4Note: After one year, remaining capacity around 80% is considered normal.

30-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund

All batteries purchased from this site are covered by a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. If you decide to return within 30 days, you may request a return without providing reason or conditions. We will issue a full refund and process your return to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.
